BUILD-in-a-Box is an entrepreneurial leadership bootcamp that ignites the potential of young changemakers. Held once a year across African cities, it gives participants aged 16 to 24 the tools, the mindset, and the community they need to tackle real challenges — and build something that matters.
In Madagascar, this is more than a bootcamp. It's a movement.
Now in its third edition, BUILD-in-a-Box Madagascar has already sparked hundreds of ideas, shaped dozens of ventures, and proven one thing: the next generation of Malagasy leaders is ready. They just need the spark.

The best ideas get better through feedback. Participants learn to adapt, refine, and strengthen their solutions through continuous listening.D — Deliver
On the final day, it all comes together. Teams pitch their ideas at the IDEAS FESTIVAL — in front of mentors, partners, and the community.
THE PROGRAM
2.5 days of transformation.
Day 1 — Believe, Understand & Invent
We kick off with team building, the BUILD framework, and deep dives into community challenges. Speaker sessions. Lessons. Brainstorming. The ideas start here.
Day 2 — Invent, Listen & Prepare
Teams develop their Business Model Canvas, refine their pitches, and sharpen their presentation skills. The day closes with a full dress rehearsal — so every team walks into Day 3 ready.
Day 3 — Deliver (Half Day)
The morning belongs to the participants — final prep, last refinements, deep breaths. Then at 14:10, the IDEAS FESTIVAL begins. Teams present. The community listens. Certificates are awarded. And the celebration starts.
